7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF HOST TEAMS
7.1.1. Preparing field according to PAUCA regulation.
7.1.2. Scrap the pitch with cultivator on entire pitch.
7.1.3. Roll the pitch about 4 – 5 times before putting carpet.
7.1.4. Leave 2 feet space on both sides of wicket as the total length of the current pitch is 70 feet.
7.1.5. It will be the sole responsibility of the team using PAUCA materials on the field. Any damage or concern must be raised at the beginning of the game.
7.2. GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF FIELDS
7.2.1. Teams that receive fields from local jurisdictions/townships shall be the only teams holding permits for those fields. The permitted teams shall be responsible for the general maintenance of the said fields.
7.2.2. Teams that are hosting the game shall be ultimately responsible for the disposal of trash/litter.
7.2.3. The Host team will be charged with any fine incurred due to violation of ground maintenance rules.
7.2.4. Host team is also responsible for making sure all the people are in safe position. They should be in control of the ground as well as spectator’s safety.
7.2.5. We have reserved only ground to play the games. It should not be considered reservation on Entire Park. Some other party may have reserved a portion of the ground. Host team should help others to maintain the privacy of the other party.
7.3. POST MATCH TASKS
7.3.1. Trash removal.
Note: All kind of trash must be removed from the field. PAUCA management has received numerous complaints from the township authorities with regard to the clearance of trash removal after the game. We might not get permission to use the ground in future, if we do not follow the maintenance instructions on the park.
7.3.2. Mat must be kept in good position from where the team has taken from. It must be rolled in tightly and there should not be any complains from the next user of the mat.
7.3.3. If the next team reports a problem then the last user will be held responsible for it.
7.3.4. Host team will resurface blowing end after the game has been completed.
7.3.5. Keep used material in storage box and make sure it is locked properly.
